Unlike most of others in my industry, I was one of the rare ones who pursued this job as my first career right after National Service. Most peers asked me why this crazy intention and I told not about fame or wealth, but family.
I spent most of my youth in solitary, as I was the only child and raised single handedly by my mum. My mum was too busy with work, while I stayed at home and do my own stuff, not much of a relationship to talk about. As I grow up, I realized most families do not share a strong bond due to the work commitment most parents have to contribute in order to bring a better lifestyle to their loved ones.
But how ironic was it in attempt to provide the best yet not be there in times of critical? How many parents lost the joy of seeing their child's growth? And lost the sense of belonging each upon returning home from work?
I do not wish to regret as an elderly, I must do something in my life.
I went to many interviews with other companies and organisations before deciding with Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). All of them told me a great destiny, yet none told me about the process of getting there, except Kimi. What's good an end point without being able to get there?
The first few months of my career was a grueling struggle. But looking sideways at friends in other industry, I dun think I will enjoy their daily mundane task at work, facing the computer doing repeated scope, flaying my mind bit by bit each day.
Came end 2008 and I was awarded top 10 rookie of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). Took my mum to D&D and she witness the greatness joy of her life, knowing her son achieved great in the shades of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). I personally felt that I paid off all emotional debts I incurred to my mum.
Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) placed me on their shoulders, I am raised so high to gasp my dreams and goals. Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) culture and ethics shunned me from the unorthodox path. I will never be able to score higher elsewhere, I know. It is only right to do well and contribute back to Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) and my manager, and aim to bring my agency to greater heights!
